The quotation identifies equipment, camera positions or coverage assumptions, storage, installation work, warranty and support. Please feel free to ask questions before approving it.
4. Install, configure and test
The service team installs the agreed equipment, configures recording and approved remote access, then checks the live and recorded views.
5. Handover and ongoing support
You should know how to view cameras, search recordings and raise a fault. Maintenance, future additions and upgrades can be arranged when required and based on your readiness.
